「レストランニュー池田」がこの地に開業して五十余年。
「四季旬彩ニュー池田」と改名して十年あまりが経ちました。
Fifty years have passed since Restaurant New Ikeda opened in this area.
It has been over ten years since we renamed "NEW IKEDA".
この長い年月、お客様に支えられ、育てていただいて、今日まで至ることができました。心より感謝申し上げます。
落ち着いた空間の中で、皆様に季節の料理を心ゆくまで楽しんでいただけるよう、これからも精進してまいります。
Over the years, we have been supported and repeatedly by our customers, and we could have been in service till today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We will continue to work hard so that everyone can enjoy seasonal cuisine to its fullest in a relaxed space.

岐阜県揖斐郡に生まれる Born in Ibi-gun,Gifu Prefecture. |
昭和55年 1980 |
池田中学校卒業 Graduate from Ikeda junior high school. |
昭和58年 1983 |
大垣商業高校卒業 Graduate from Ogaki commercial high school. |
昭和59年 1984 |
大阪あべの辻調理師専門学校卒業 Graduate from Tsuji Culinary Institute in Abeno,Osaka Prefecture,and obtained a cook license and a blowfish cook license. |
平成2年 1990 |
ニュー池田 入社 Joined at NEW IKEDA. |
平成10年 1998 |
日本調理師連合会 師範に認定 Certified as a Japanese cooks association teacher. |
平成23年 2011 |
姓を末松より、妻方の姓・丸山に改める Change the family name from Suematsu to the wife's family name, Maruyama. |

「レストランニュー池田」創業、開店 "Restaurant NEW IKEDA" founded and opened Representative Director Katsumi Suematsu.  |
昭和58年7月 in Jul 1983 |
新館完成、宴会の営業開始 New building completed and banquet business started. |
平成16年11月 in Nov 2004 |
末松富士夫が代表取締役に就任 Fujio Suematsu assumed office as Representative Director. |
平成18年11月 in Nov 2006 |
店名を「四季旬彩ニュー池田」に改め、新装開店 Changed the store name to "NEW IKEDA" and opened a new store.  |
平成20年10月 in Oct 2008 |
岐阜県「県産品愛用推進宣言の店」指定 NEW IKEDA was designated by "Shop of promotion declaration to use prefecture products regularly". |
平成23年9月 in Sep 2011 |
店名「四季旬彩ニュー池田」を商標登録 Registered the trademark of the store name "NEW IKEDA". |
